Mark’s Background and Certifications
Mark is transitioning into IT from a completely different industry, but technology has always been a strong interest of his. He has completed various college courses in the past and has recently achieved the CompTIA A+ certification, a globally recognized qualification for IT professionals.
In addition to his CompTIA A+ Core 101 & 102, Mark has also completed:
- MD-102: Endpoint Administrator – Covering device management, security, and compliance in Microsoft environments.
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator – Focusing on Microsoft 365 workloads, identity management, and security.
His technical knowledge, combined with excellent customer service skills, makes him a great fit for our team.
IT Support & Managed Services – How Mark Will Support Our Clients
Mark has quickly hit the ground running and will be working closely with clients to provide efficient and friendly IT support. His primary responsibilities include:
- Handling helpdesk enquiries – Answering phone and email support requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing remote assistance.
- Onsite support – Visiting client sites to assist with IT tasks, setup, and problem resolution.
- Managed IT services – Supporting businesses with proactive IT management, security, and maintenance.
